How should I wash my NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear?
Your NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear can be hand-washed (recommended) or machined-washed (turn the sleepwear inside out and put into washing bag provided together with the NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear) at 30 degrees with normal detergent; do not use softener. Do not dry clean them.
How should I dry my NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear?
Do not tumble dry your NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear; let them dry naturally on a line dryer.
Why there are lots of fuzzball on the fabric surface after some washings taking place?
Fuzzball or lint ball is a small ball of fibres that pill and forms on fabric surface. The fuzzballs form due to rubbing or abrasion during normal wear and washing process when groups of short or broken fibres on the surface of the fabric become tangled together. Most of fabrics are facing this pilling problem and is unavoidable, but it is more serious for a synthetic fibre due to its strong fibre construction.
Will this fuzzball affecting the properties of FIR on my NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear?
No. It is just an aesthetic concern. It does not affect the FIR properties of NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear as the nano size thermal particles minerals which reflecting FIR were embedded permanently inside the yarn.
Is there a limit to how much I should wash my NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear?
No. The NAG™ Bioceramic Sleepwear FIR properties won’t be affected by washing.
