RETURN POLICY


Please read these terms carefully before ordering products from the NAG.ASIA online store.

AG Textiles Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “NAG”) is the owner and operator of this website www.nag.asia (hereinafter referred to as “Website”). By ordering products on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Return Policy Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not purchase from this Website.

For NAG, quality is paramount. NAG had thoroughly quality checked all products to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to their use for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for NAG products to be damaged or defective.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or production process, the original product will be returned to you and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. We do not refund products which:

  • Obtained from a source other than nag.asia
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

NAG does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund (in a form of store e-credit) on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase experience with us, thus :
  • You can, within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the NAG online store (www.nag.asia), return any product(s) that had manufacture defects.
  • Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition and original product packaging attached with labels.
  • Original product is required.
  • If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order is not eligible for any refund
  • NAG Malaysia reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.


We want you to be pleased with your purchase. 

Once we received the return goods and has been verified and complied with our Return Policy, we will issue store e-credit for you as a refund. Store e-credit can be used to purchase anything from our website. Should you need an exchange, use the store e-credit refunded to re-order the right size/colour. The store e-credit is valid for 6 months only.

Refunds (Store E-Credit)

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return, we will process your request as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your refund within 21 days, please contact our Customer Service team to check on the status of your refund.

We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the form of Store E-Credit and the amount is equivalent to the payment for the original purchase.

How about return shipping cost?

Return shipping cost to be borne by buyer. Reimbursement of the shipping cost by NAG if the return is valid.

How about exchange shipping cost?

Both shipping cost to be borne by buyer.

FAQ

1. I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?

We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon received.

2. I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).

We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash. We will refund you in Store E-credit.

3. The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size?

Yes.

4. The colour looks different from the website.

Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.

Important remark:

  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
  • NAG reserve the right to amend the policies anytime without prior notice.
